Current Favorite Beauty Products

Hey everyone!

My makeup obsession grows and grows, and you can tell by looking at my collection of ColourPop lippies and countless amounts of foundations. It has been a while since I last showed you my favorite beauty products, let me show you the new stuff I’m obsessing about. So, I want to show you some of my favorites! Let me know what you think, do you love the products too? Do you have any recommendations?

It Cosmetics Celebration Foundation is the best if you want low coverage or you can lightly dust the foundation after your liquid foundation is set. Of course, the Lancome Ultra 24 Hour Long Wear Foundation will always be my favorite. It sets matte and will last all day! Check out more details here. If you want a less thick formula, try out Make Up Forever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation. You have control over the coverage with this foundation, depending on the application really.

NYX Highlight and Contour Pro Palette is great for beginners. There is a great variety of shades and you can play with them all until you find the perfect ones for you. It Cosmetics Sunshine in a Compact Bronzer is just perfect! I use it to contour, or just apply it on my cheekbones. Not going to lie, I’ve used every shade as eyeshadows for most or all of my previous blogposts.

It Cosmetics Superhero Elastic Stretch mascara really does make your lashes appear longer and thicker. I only apply two coats and that is all I need. Covergirl LashBlast Volume Waterproof mascara is the best waterproof product! I love it because it didn’t weigh down my lashes and actually gave my lashes volume. To have a dramatic eye, I usually apply the It Superhero Elastic Stretch as a base coat, then I add the Covergirl LashBlast Volume Waterproof mascara to keep my lashes in place.

I’m actually super excited to show you both products. One, because they are in two different price ranges, and two, they both are amazing! e.l.f. Baked Highlighter (in Blush Gems) gives my face a golden finish, which I like if I’m going out at night or if I need to minimally highlight my face. I use the BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector for shoots, and when I want to have a dramatic highlight.  If you are new to highlighting, I would recommend you trying ELF first, then go for BECCA.

I use the Essence All About Matte Face Powder under my eyes, and right above my contour. I press it with my Beauty Blender and blend it with a powder brush. This really helps give my face a clean finish. I always use the NYX  Setting Spray (matte) no matter what.
