Well, I have something new for you! As you know, I blog about style and travel. For a while, it was hard just keeping up with the two themes, but after a couple of months seasoning out my blog, I am ready to start a beauty section! I have soooo many awesome things in store for you… I can’t wait! What better way to start then to introduce you to my new favorite place… ETS… Lash Studio!
***Disclosure: This post has been sponsored by ETS… Lash Studio, all opinions are my own.
Ever since I remember, applying mascara was the most tedious job- apply a layer then continue filling it in with many strokes until the lashes are heavy with the liquid. Well, the first time I heard about eyelash extensions it literally made sense- women wear it to skip a 10 minute routine and to feel beautiful without wearing make up. So, I decided to give it a try.

ETS… Lash Studio in Houston has been open for over 4 years now, and the newest location is in Sugar Land (for all the Southwest ladies like me). Ebony, the store owner is a lash guru who has been in the business for over 11 years. I got lucky to have her as my personal senior lash stylist.
ETS provides many services, but to sum it all up there are two types of lashes – classic and volume. Both are awesome, (I got a customized combo of classic, which is the original set, and volume) but the volume lashes have more, yet are as light as the classic ones… think acrylic versus solar nails.
Below are their lash service:
Pretty Lady (this is the service I received)
Classy Lady “Original Classy Lady”
Classy Lady “The ETS Way”
I was nervous and anxious when I arrived to ETS… Lash Studio. I mean, I was adding extensions to my little eyelashes! Each client has their own personal studio with their stylist and the salon is fairly quiet – there is background music. I laid in a comfy bed, that has a personal blanket, then Ebony applied the anti-wrinkle eye gel pad to cover bottom lashes. The process began! My eyes were shut for approximately an hour and a half. It literally felt like nothing! Maybe just a light tickle to my eyelids every now and then, but other than that, nothing. Did you know that you can even fall asleep from how relaxing the process is?!
And bam! I’m set! Woo! I feel like I’m wearing nothing at all. I don’t wear make up when I go out on a casual day and feel great! The lashes will stay for 2 to 3 weeks and will need a refill after that time (I can’t wait!) What do you think?
Thank you Ebony from ETS Lash Studio!
