I’m so excited to post today! I’m collaborating with blendSMART to show you how to use LESS foundation and how you can win a starter kit, a blush, and powder brush head. Woo!!
***Disclosure: This post has been sponsored by blendSMART, all opinions are my own.
blendSMART is a new and innovative spinning brush that easily (and quickly) blends your foundation while adding a natural touch to your makeup look. The Starter Kit comes with an automated handle, that attaches to all blendSMART brush heads, and a liquid foundation brush head. The powder and blush brush heads come separately. The best part of the blendSMART is that you are literally using HALF of what you’re currently using. When I tried using more foundation, my face was plastered in the product. Therefore, less is more. It’s so easy to use and it takes less time. I’ll show you below. Fun fact- this product is cruelty free!
Alright, so first… Get your favorite foundation and add 1 drop, yes, just 1, to your finger and place it on the key points on your face (cheekbones, forehead, nose, and chin is where I usually place it). You can add more foundation later, but start small!
Turn on the blendSMART and glide the brush over the makeup in a left and right (and up and down) motion until the foundation has been properly blended.Next, remove the foundation brush and insert the powder brush. Dab the brush in the powder and repeat the steps as before.
Ok, I’m cheating now. Lately, I have been using my bronzer/contour kit as my blush. I’ve been using it because I like the color more on my face than a blush, but I’ll start using a blush since its spring! But when using the blush brush, I would only use the left and right motion thoroughly, while using small up and down motions.
Now it’s your turn… Enter below to get the chance to win your own BlendSMART Start Kit, a powder, and blush brush head. You must subscribe to Hey! Wendy Vanessa and follow BlendSMART on Instagram. There are ways you can enter daily to get more points to win! Check out the entry below!
